Postage

Terms of Service

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of Postage and postageformac.com. Postage is made by Great Work LLC ("we"). By installing or using it you agree to them. If you bought Postage from the Mac App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Postage on Macs you own or control, for your own email. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute it, except where the law gives you that right.

Price and refunds

Direct purchases are $39 one time, processed by Stripe. Email hello@greatwork.company within 30 days for a full refund. Mac App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple.

Your email and your accounts

Postage works with mail accounts you already have. You are responsible for those accounts, for complying with your provider's terms, and for keeping your credentials safe. Postage acts on your mail only as you, or as the agents and rules you set up, direct.

Agents, rules and AI

Postage lets you connect third-party agents and AI services and write rules that move, archive, flag or delete mail. Those are your instructions. You are responsible for the access level you grant, for the agents you connect, and for rules you create. Agents can misread instructions and AI output can be wrong, so check what they do. Postage asks for your confirmation before an agent sends a message, and deleted messages go to your provider's Trash where it has one, but we cannot guarantee that a mistaken action can be undone. Third-party services follow their own terms and fees.

Acceptable use

Do not use Postage to send spam or to break the law. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

Updates

We may release updates that change or remove features. The direct version checks for updates through Sparkle. The Mac App Store version updates through the App Store.

No warranty

Postage is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will never lose or misfile a message. Keep your mail on your provider and back up anything important.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Great Work LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost mail, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Postage.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
